By accessing or using the OrganicHind website at organichind.com, you agree to be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing any order or enquiry.

1. About OrganicHind

OrganicHind is a wholesale farm produce supplier based in Uttar Pradesh, India. We supply wheat, rice, vegetables, grains, pulses, and spices directly to retailers, wholesalers, flour mills, and food businesses across India.

2. Orders and Minimum Quantity

• The minimum order quantity for wholesale buyers is 10 quintals (1,000 kg) unless otherwise specified
• All orders are subject to current stock availability and confirmation by our team
• Prices quoted on the website are indicative and may vary based on quantity, delivery location, and current market rates
• A confirmed order requires advance payment or an agreed payment arrangement

3. Delivery

• We aim to dispatch confirmed orders within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation
• Delivery timelines depend on your location and logistics partner availability
• Delivery charges (if applicable) will be communicated at the time of order confirmation
• Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon handover to the logistics partner

4. Quality and Returns

• We take every effort to ensure produce meets the agreed grade and specifications
• Any quality dispute must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
• Returns or replacement are subject to inspection and mutual agreement
• We do not accept returns for produce damaged due to improper storage after delivery

5. Payment Terms

• Standard payment terms are advance or within 7 days of delivery, unless a credit arrangement has been agreed in writing
• Late payments may attract interest at 2% per month
• We accept bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/UPI) and other agreed payment modes

6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch without penalty. Cancellations after dispatch are not accepted unless the goods are defective or incorrectly supplied. Any advance payment for a cancelled (pre-dispatch) order will be refunded within 7 working days.

7. User Accounts

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of OrganicHind and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

OrganicHind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services. Our maximum liability in any dispute is limited to the value of the order in question.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
